Rooted in trauma-informed presence and guided by intuitive energy transmission, this sacred circle invites survivors of sexual trauma into a space where healing is not something you chase—it’s something you remember.
In this 75-minute virtual circle, we will:
- Ground into safety through breath, body, and intention
- Journey inward to connect with your inner knowing and parts in need of care
- Receive an energetic transmission using intuitive movement, sound, and light
- Gently integrate through collective grounding and sacred afterglow space

About the Facilitator
Dr. Deniz Ahmadinia is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse whose healing journey led her beyond talk therapy and into the wisdom of the body. As she began to confront preverbal and stored trauma, her body responded—not just with memory, but with movement, energy, and intuitive expression. What emerged was not a learned technique, but a sacred remembering.
This personal transformation became the foundation of Sacred Light Energy—a trauma-informed, spiritually guided energy healing modality that bridges somatic awareness, ancestral guidance, and soul reclamation. Rooted in her lived experience and informed by her background as a trauma psychologist (though offered outside of her clinical role), Deniz now holds space for others to reconnect with their own sacred truth.
Her work is not about fixing, diagnosing, or treating—it’s about returning. Returning to the body. To voice. To light. To the parts of ourselves that trauma tried to silence.
